Among Yonoton´s 11 arena and stadium clients, also Finland’s 2nd largest indoor arena (capacity 12 000), Gatorade Center, uses Yonoton’s technology to improve its in-event customer service.
Through Yonoton’s application customers can order food & beverages or merchandise products directly to seats or to fast lane restaurants around the venue. Customers can also save their tickets or season tickets to application and buy seat upgrades. Service is used variety of events held at arena such as sport events to concerts.

Orders through application in general are + 30% higher compared to regular orders. Seat delivery orders by Yonoton average 27€ / order. This is a huge increase compared to a regular purchase average of 10€.
Customers rate service highly. Out of all customers that have made minimum of one purchase, 89,3% will continue using the service.
