Yonoton strengthens its core-team with the appointment of Joe Griffin as a Sales Manager.
Griffin, 36, makes a transition to Yonoton from Hotelway, a hospitality technology company.
Tell us little bit about your background?
Originally from the UK I have worked in sales & marketing my whole life. Predominantly the property industry dealing with a wide variety of sales aspects. I have been living in Finland with my family for almost three years now and have gained more experience in international sales.
Yonoton was a brand I had heard of and was familiar to me. When the chance to join came up I was really happy to jump on board a growing international company.

Yonoton is growing day by day and I hope to see it as a real household name in the future.
Experience from startups and scaleups?
Whilst in Finland I have been privileged to work with two really great Saas start ups and learnt a lot!
Yonoton is growing rapidly – expectations?
I am really enthusiastic about what we offer, along with a great team I believe I can help take it to the next level. Bringing more customers onboard across Europe and beyond is the plan.
Name one achievement that you are most proud of?
One ? that’s tough. Apart from the obvious of getting married and having kids. I am really proud of moving me & my family and settling into another country. Also completing the notorious three peaks challenge in under 24 hours, that’s up there!
What do you like to do outside of work?
My family would say work! But I enjoy all sports playing and watching. Especially Football ( I watch a lot & attend pre pandemic), golf & running. Spending time with friends & family is really important and moving to Finland improved my family time greatly.
